WE DO NOT ISSUE CONCEALED CARRY PERMITS. YOU MUST APPLY FOR A PERMIT SEPARATELY WITH THE NEW HAMPSHIRE STATE POLICE.
Your Order and Portal Access
Thank you for choosing CCW Concierge Prefill App. After checkout, a welcome email containing your login credentials for our secure application portal is sent to the email address you provided. Please allow up to 10 minutes for it to arrive and check your spam or junk folder. Log in to the portal with those credentials to complete your application. When your application is finished, you can download it from the portal. If you ordered a Print Package, your printed package is also mailed to you as described under "Shipping and Delivery" below.
Billing descriptor: Charges will appear on your credit card statement as "ccwconciergeprefillapp.com".
Please read these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") carefully before using the ccwconciergeprefillapp.com website (the "Site" or the "Service"), operated by JDP Online Digital LLC (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SITE. YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE CONFIRMS YOUR UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS IN FULL, DO NOT USE OR ACCESS THE SITE.
Notice regarding dispute resolution: These Terms contain provisions governing how claims between you and us are resolved (see "Arbitration" below), including a class action waiver and an agreement to arbitrate disputes. Subject to limited exceptions, you will be required to submit claims against us to binding arbitration unless you opt out as described in that section.

Description of Service
Through the Service, CCW Concierge Prefill App provides information about the requirements for obtaining a New Hampshire Non-Resident License to Carry a Concealed Pistol or Revolver, a series of pre-qualifying questions, assistance filling in the official New Hampshire non-resident application, and general information about state reciprocity. After you complete the process and pay for the service you selected, you will receive a completed application that you may then submit, separately and on your own, to the New Hampshire State Police, Permits and Licensing Unit.
This Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes. A completed application prepared through our Service is not a license or permit to carry a concealed weapon in any state. To obtain a permit, you must sign and submit the application to the New Hampshire State Police, pay any fee the State Police charge, and satisfy every requirement for issuance. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and we are not affiliated with the State of New Hampshire or the New Hampshire State Police.
No Guarantee of Approval or Reciprocity
Approval of any application is entirely at the discretion of the New Hampshire State Police and is not guaranteed by CCW Concierge Prefill App. We do not guarantee that any state will recognize a New Hampshire permit. Laws and regulations change, and it is your sole responsibility to determine whether you are authorized to carry a concealed weapon in any city, state, or other location, and whether you must file additional paperwork to do so.
Age and Eligibility
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO USE THE SERVICE. By using this Site and completing the pre-qualifying questions and application process, you represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years old and that you are legally able to (i) enter into contracts under applicable law and (ii) own, possess, and use a firearm under applicable law.
Conditions of Use
THESE TERMS APPLY TO ALL MATERIALS, ONLINE COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER INFORMATION THAT ARE OR BECOME AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE SITE (COLLECTIVELY, THE "MATERIAL"). BY ACCESSING THE SITE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND AGREE, WITHOUT LIMITATION OR QUALIFICATION, TO EACH OF THEIR PROVISIONS. WE MAY REVISE THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME BY UPDATING THIS PAGE, AND YOU ARE BOUND BY ANY SUCH REVISIONS, SO PLEASE REVIEW THIS PAGE PERIODICALLY.
THESE TERMS FORM A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY PROVISION OF THESE TERMS, PLEASE EXIT THE SITE IMMEDIATELY. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS TO THE SITE OR YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING IF WE LEARN THAT YOU HAVE VIOLATED THESE TERMS.
Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SITE AND THE MATERIAL ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE MATERIAL IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE, THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE SITE OR ITS SERVER IS FREE OF DISABLING DEVICES (DEFINED BELOW), OR THAT ANY APPLICATION PREPARED WILL RESULT IN PERMIT ISSUANCE.
ANY MATERIAL YOU DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE OBTAIN THROUGH THE SITE IS OBTAINED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS. A "DISABLING DEVICE" MEANS ANY SOFTWARE, DOCUMENT, MESSAGE, OR OTHER MATERIAL CONTAINING A VIRUS, WORM, TROJAN HORSE, TIME-BOMB, OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE THAT MAY ERASE, SCRAMBLE, LOCK, OR DISABLE SOFTWARE OR EQUIPMENT.
Limitations on Authority
WHILE THE COMPANY USES REASONABLE EFFORTS TO INCLUDE ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION ON THE SITE, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS SOMETIMES OCCUR. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE OR OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR THE MATERIAL, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON THE MATERIAL, INTERRUPTIONS, ERRORS, DEFECTS, OMISSIONS, DELETION OF FILES, DISABLING DEVICES, DELAYS, NON-DELIVERY OF INFORMATION, OR LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY), WARRANTY, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO STOP USING IT.
YOU (AND NOT THE COMPANY OR ITS PARENTS OR AFFILIATES) ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF ANY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION RELATED TO ANY DAMAGE, HARM, OR MALFUNCTION ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ITS CONTENTS.
Fees for Services
We charge a fee for the services you select at checkout, such as our Concierge Application Process, Print Package, training content, or White Glove assistance (collectively, "Paid Services"). All fees are payable in U.S. dollars and are collected in full at the time of purchase. Every purchase on this Site is a single, one-time charge; we do not enroll customers in recurring subscriptions. Our fees do not include any fee charged by the New Hampshire State Police, which you pay directly to the state.
All payment information transmitted between you and the Site is protected with industry-standard TLS (HTTPS) encryption and processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We collect your name, address, and payment information to process your order.
If you have a question about a charge, please contact us at hi@ccwconciergeprefillapp.com or (855) 200-2660 before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve it.
Shipping and Delivery
Print Packages are printed and mailed to the address you provide at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, and USPS picks up processed orders within 24 hours of processing. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from pickup, depending on your location and USPS delivery times. Orders for the Priority Concierge and Print Package include Priority Processing: orders placed by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on a business day are printed and handed to USPS the same business day, and orders placed after that time or on a weekend or holiday are printed and handed to USPS the next business day. Priority Processing affects when your package is mailed, not USPS delivery times. Digital services are delivered by email and through your portal, separately from any printed package. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of purchase. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible. You may request a refund by phone at (855) 200-2660 or by email at hi@ccwconciergeprefillapp.com; please include your order number.
A full refund is available only if requested before processing begins. Processing begins when any of the following occurs: portal access or login credentials are issued, application prefilling or eligibility review starts, a Print Package is printed or mailed, training content is accessed, or White Glove assistance begins. No refunds are issued once processing has begun.
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution. If a refund is issued, the associated services and portal access are terminated.
User Account and Accuracy
USER ACCOUNT. TO USE THE SERVICE, YOU MUST HAVE A USER ACCOUNT ("ACCOUNT"). YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION THAT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIES YOU ("PERSONAL INFORMATION").
ACCOUNT INFORMATION ACCURACY. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT ALL INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR APPLICATION IS CURRENT, COMPLETE, AND ACCURATE, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT SUBMIT ANY FALSE INFORMATION OR IMPERSONATE ANY OTHER PERSON, REAL OR FICTITIOUS. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION BEFORE SIGNING IT AND FOR DISCLOSING ANY INFORMATION THE STATE REQUIRES. IF WE BELIEVE, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, THAT YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT CURRENT, COMPLETE, OR ACCURATE, OR THAT YOU ARE IMPERSONATING SOMEONE ELSE, WE MAY REFUSE OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS TO THE SERVICE AT ANY TIME.
Disputes
INITIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION. WE ARE AVAILABLE BY EMAIL AT HI@CCWCONCIERGEPREFILLAPP.COM TO ADDRESS ANY CONCERNS YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT THE SITE. MOST CONCERNS CAN BE RESOLVED QUICKLY THIS WAY. THE PARTIES SHALL USE THEIR BEST EFFORTS TO SETTLE ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, QUESTION, OR DISAGREEMENT DIRECTLY THROUGH GOOD-FAITH NEGOTIATION, WHICH SHALL BE A PRECONDITION TO EITHER PARTY STARTING A LAWSUIT OR ARBITRATION. ANY DISPUTE RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS, THAT IS NOT RESOLVED THIS WAY SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO BINDING CONFIDENTIAL ARBITRATION AS PROVIDED BELOW.
ANY CAUSE OF ACTION OR CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER IT ACCRUES; OTHERWISE IT IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
Arbitration
IF THE PARTIES DO NOT REACH A RESOLUTION THROUGH THE INITIAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS ABOVE, YOU AND WE EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, THE SITE, OR THESE TERMS (INCLUDING THEIR BREACH, ENFORCEMENT, INTERPRETATION, OR VALIDITY) SHALL BE DETERMINED BY BINDING ARBITRATION BEFORE ONE ARBITRATOR, ADMINISTERED BY JAMS UNDER ITS STREAMLINED ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES. JUDGMENT ON THE AWARD MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION. BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, THE PARTIES WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO OTHER RESOLUTION PROCESSES, SUCH AS A COURT ACTION OR ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDING. WE MAY NOT MODIFY THESE ARBITRATION PROVISIONS WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU AND YOUR AGREEMENT, AND NO SUCH MODIFICATION SHALL APPLY TO CLAIMS ARISING BEFORE IT OR AFFECT A PRIOR ELECTION TO OPT OUT. THE PARTIES FURTHER AGREE THAT:
- THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT IS MUTUALLY BINDING, SO BOTH YOU AND THE COMPANY MUST ARBITRATE CLAIMS;
- REMEDIES OTHERWISE AVAILABLE UNDER FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL LAW, INCLUDING RECOVERY OF ATTORNEYS' FEES, REMAIN AVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION;
- THE ARBITRATOR MUST BE NEUTRAL, AND EACH PARTY WILL HAVE A REASONABLE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN SELECTING THE ARBITRATOR;
- YOU MAY USE COUNSEL OF YOUR CHOOSING AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE AND MAY RECOVER ATTORNEYS' FEES AND EXPENSES TO THE EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW;
- THE PARTIES MAY EXCHANGE NON-PRIVILEGED INFORMATION RELEVANT TO THE DISPUTE UNDER JAMS PROCEDURES; AND
- THE ARBITRATOR'S AWARD WILL BE A WRITTEN STATEMENT OF THE DISPOSITION OF EACH CLAIM WITH A CONCISE STATEMENT OF THE ESSENTIAL FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS.
JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW. THESE TERMS SHALL BE TREATED AS THOUGH EXECUTED AND PERFORMED IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ARIZONA WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICT-OF-LAW PRINCIPLES, AND SHALL BE INTERPRETED ACCORDING TO THEIR FAIR MEANING AND NOT STRICTLY FOR OR AGAINST EITHER PARTY.
VENUE. THE PROPER VENUE FOR ANY ARBITRATION OR JUDICIAL ACTION IS MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA. THE PARTIES CONSENT TO, AND WAIVE ANY OBJECTION TO, THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF SUCH FORUM.
ARBITRATION FILING FEES. IF YOU START THE ARBITRATION AND THE FILING FEE EXCEEDS THE LESSER OF $250 OR THE COST OF FILING A LAWSUIT, THE COMPANY WILL PAY THE DIFFERENCE. SUBMIT ANY SUCH REQUEST TO JAMS WITH YOUR FORM FOR STARTING THE ARBITRATION, AND WE WILL ARRANGE TO PAY THOSE FEES DIRECTLY TO JAMS. ALL OTHER ARBITRATION COSTS, INCLUDING ANY REMAINING JAMS CASE MANAGEMENT FEE AND THE ARBITRATOR'S PROFESSIONAL FEES, WILL BE SPLIT BETWEEN THE PARTIES. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN ATTORNEYS' FEES UNLESS THE ARBITRATION RULES OR APPLICABLE LAW ALLOW YOU TO RECOVER THEM.
WAIVER OF CERTAIN RIGHTS IN COURT. THE PARTIES UNDERSTAND THAT, ABSENT THIS PROVISION, THEY WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT, WHERE PROCEEDINGS GENERALLY PROVIDE BROADER DISCOVERY, A JUDGE OR JURY TRIAL, AND MORE OPPORTUNITY FOR APPEAL, AND THAT IN SOME CASES THE COSTS OF ARBITRATION COULD EXCEED THE COSTS OF LITIGATION.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER. ANY ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED IN THE PARTIES' INDIVIDUAL CAPACITIES ONLY AND NOT AS A CLASS ACTION OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND THE PARTIES EXPRESSLY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO FILE A CLASS ACTION OR SEEK RELIEF ON A CLASS BASIS.
SMALL CLAIMS EXCEPTION. EITHER PARTY MAY SEEK RELIEF IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR CLAIMS WITHIN THAT COURT'S JURISDICTION. ANY APPEAL OF A SMALL CLAIMS DECISION IS SUBJECT TO THESE ARBITRATION PROVISIONS.
30-DAY RIGHT TO OPT OUT. YOU MAY OPT OUT OF THE ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS BY SENDING WRITTEN NOTICE OF YOUR DECISION TO HI@CCWCONCIERGEPREFILLAPP.COM WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF YOUR FIRST USE OF THE SITE. OTHERWISE, YOU WILL BE BOUND TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES UNDER THESE TERMS. IF YOU OPT OUT, WE WILL ALSO NOT BE BOUND BY THESE ARBITRATION PROVISIONS.
BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, AND IN PARTICULAR THE AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, AND YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE COMPANY ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER IS AN ESSENTIAL ELEMENT OF THIS AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE AND CANNOT BE SEVERED FROM IT.
